Free · 60 minutes · No pitch
The Security Leader Sanity Check.
Security leadership is an isolating job. The decisions are consequential, the information is always incomplete, and there are very few people to test your thinking against who understand the constraints you are actually working under.
So we put time in the diary for it. No pitch, no deck, and nothing follows it unless you want something.
What the hour covers
Two things, properly. Thirty minutes covers one of them, your choice.
01
Your security strategy
An honest outside read on the plan itself. Whether it holds together, whether it is deliverable with the people and budget you actually have, and whether it survives a board that asks hard questions. Before it goes to the board, or after it came back with comments.
02
Your AI governance position
Where you actually stand, where to start, what the EU AI Act asks of you in practice, and who owns AI risk when the tools arrived through six different departments and nobody has the full list.
Why it is free
Three reasons. The third is commercial, so it is worth saying rather than hiding.
- 01
We learn what is actually happening across the industry, rather than what the vendor reports say is happening.
- 02
It builds a network of people worth knowing.
- 03
If Enigma is ever useful to you later, you will already know how we think. That is the only sensible basis for working together.
Hiding that third reason would make this a sales call pretending not to be one, and security leaders can smell that from a long way off.
The ground rules
Nothing you share leaves the call. No names, and nothing repeated to anyone else in a way that could identify you or your organisation.
No pitch. If Enigma comes up, it is because you raised it.
No follow-up sequence. One short note afterwards, then nothing unless you want something.
If you would like the strategy read in advance, say so when you book and we will send you a way to share it securely. We will not keep a copy, and we will delete it after we speak.

Short on time? The 30 minute version covers one of the two topics properly rather than both badly.
