Why “Enigma”
The Enigma machine was the problem its century called unsolvable. At Bletchley Park, Alan Turing and a small team of unconventional minds broke it anyway — not with force, but with intelligence, rigour, and a refusal to accept that hard meant impossible.
The work shortened the war by years and saved millions of lives — and in the machine he built to do it, Turing laid the foundations of the computer, and of artificial intelligence itself. Three things in that story are the whole of what we are: we take the problems everyone else calls unsolvable; we solve them at the meeting point of intelligence, security and AI — the exact ground Turing’s work created; and we judge people on the work and the character, nothing else.
That last point isn’t decoration. The man who saved the country was then broken by it, for being who he was. We took the name as a standard — which is why fair treatment and flexibility are written into how we work, not bolted on.
Our aim is simple: to be the most trusted name at the intersection of intelligence, security and AI — and to prove that senior people, treated fairly and pointed at the right problem, out-deliver any pyramid.

The team
Around him sits a small senior team, including co-founder Sam Rigby on the technology and delivery side, and a bank of vetted consultants. Many ex-Intelligence Corps. Many security-cleared to DV or SC level. Deployable direct or through partners.
Enigma handles the business development, bids and invoicing. Consultants focus on the work. Transparent rates, with the majority going to the person doing the delivery.
